Glyn's family mined and ran a lifeboat at Cresswell in the North East of England. His grandfather was awarded a lifetime service award by the royal horticultural society of England for his work as a groundskeeper at Longhurst Hall. After living in Germany he found work travelling internationally helping the energy industry with their critical reciprocating compressors. He settled in Lompoc with 2 sons Kieran and Teague.
Hilary Walters is a local teacher on the Central Coast and sees Beehab as a way to heal the communities she loves. Bees and people are not that different. To have thriving healthy communities we need connections with each other and nature. Beehab brings that opportunity with sober living and beekeeping.
